Progressive Glass Claims Process

Steps to Get Your Windshield Replaced

  1. Choose a glass shop: Select the glass shop you would like to use (3 options are listed below). Contact the shop first to confirm whether they will waive up to $100 off your deductible for your particular vehicle’s windshield.

  2. Call Progressive @ 800-274-4499 

  3. Provide your policy number (see your insurance ID card)

  4. Tell the representative which glass shop you selected

  5. Provide the date of loss. If you don't remember the exact date of the damage, provide a date as close as possible. The representative can confirm the coverage that was in effect on that date.

  6. Contact the glass shop to schedule your appointment

Windshield Connection 

  • Specializes in mobile appointments

  • Requires a claim number to set appointment to get work done but you can call in advance to get a quote

  • Does rock chip repair @ $50 plus tax  ($0 cost to insured if there is comprehensive coverage)

  • Potentially waives up to $100 off the deductible for a windshield (unlike Safelite Glass). Get confirmation of pricing by phone before the appointment
